Group Registration:
book 3+seats --- SAVE 10%
book 6+seats --- SAVE 15%
book 9+seats --- SAVE 20%
book 12+seats ---SAVE 30%

PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment is required by TT within 3 working days after your receipt of payment notification. It includes a package of conference documentations, two luncheons and one cocktail cost. Hotel accommodation and travel cost are not included in the registration fee .Your seat at the event won’t be reserved until payment has been received and it is subject to cancellation if no payment has been received by the start of the event.

PROGRAMME CHANGE POLICY:
Please be noted that the speakers and topics were confirmed by the time the conference publication is finalized ; however, circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and topics.

SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION:
(From Mandarin to English and vice versa) for the entire two-days event will be provided by a professional team of translators.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION:
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is always welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, we will make a prompt refund less a service charge of 10% of the fee for cancellations before the 1st of January 2010. Any cancellation that is received after the 1st of January and before the 16th of April 2010 will bear 50% of the full liability. Cancellations received after the 16th of April 2010 will bear the full liability of the total conference fee.
